We helped client managing multiple assets ~10,000, spread across 150 sites. We deployed IBM Netcool, remedy service management and IBM asset management tool in HA mode. We created workflow for management of the changes, incident, problem and movement of asset from one location to another, highlighting the shortage of asset, error conditions, fault monitoring etc. We reduced the monitoring cost by implementing centralized NOC.
