At Capgemini Engineering, we strongly believe that people development and people networking can make the difference. Global learning programs are a way to foster Group transformation, to contribute to ambitious objectives, to develop collaboration between geographies and extend people’s international network, and so to improve our performance in the day-to-day business.
Our learning offer for Team Managers & Sales
In this context Capgemini Engineering has launched a dedicated international learning program for its Team Managers and Sales Representatives: the International Management Academy (IMA) for Operations and Sales. This 5-month program delivered in blended learning aims at training all Operations and Sales people just hired, or new in their job, in order to help them doing their job at the top level.
