The workshop organized by Capgemini Engineering on October 26th at 10.15 am will be led by Giulio Lanza, Manager of the Advanced Manufacturing World Class Center and will be titled “JIT in Long Cycle Businesses through lean process digitization and 4.0”. Lanza will explain the methodologies used by Capgemini Engineering to support its customers in the transformation of the production process, supporting company managers in the selection and implementation of the most recent industrial technologies to improve their manufacturing activities.
Specifically, the workshop will focus on how creating flow and ensuring the right information/part is in the right quantity, reach the right place at the right time for 100% OTD and Cash Flow Optimisation.
Capgemini Engineering’s ASD-R division will be represented by Marcello Mazzocchi (Division Director), Mariella Guerricchio (Sales Unit Director), Giulia Conte (Senior Key Account Manager), who will meet customers and prospects to illustrate the skills of over 500 Capgemini Engineering Italia engineers operating in the aerospace and defense sectors.
